Section L showed us what was possible. As our portfolio and ambitions grew, we saw an opportunity to create different kinds of hotels for different kinds of stays.

We didn’t want to stretch one brand to fit every opportunity. We wanted to build a family of hotel brands, each with its own character, audience and reason to exist.

Eave Hospitality gives Section L, Monograph Hotels and VOL. a shared foundation of hospitality experience, operational expertise and commercial insight, while leaving room for each to grow in its own direction.

Our name reflects that role. An eave extends beyond the walls beneath it, connecting a building with the world outside. In the same way, Eave Hospitality brings our brands under one roof while encouraging every place we create to become part of something larger.
